*12 month contact. Options to place memberships on hold 1x/year or transition to a virtual membership (up to 3 months/year). Virtual memberships include weekly check-ins, self-care resources, and access to virtual content.

One 60-90 min session at Cascade Movement Center. Includes movement assessments, app set-up, health history conversation, goal setting, overview of training resources, etc. 

One 60 min session with follow up email or call*

6 sessions per month for a minimum of 3 months. Billed at $549 per month.  access to Cascade Wellness App with on-demand workouts & resource materials, weekly group nutrition coaching zoom calls, and personalized monthly check-ins. *

Events vary. 

60-90 min session for up 2- 4 students at Cascade Movement Center. Includes movement assessments, app set-up, health history conversation, goal setting, overview of training resources, etc. 

4-6 sessions per month for 2-4 students for a minimum of 3 months. Billed per month.  Access to Cascade Wellness App with on-demand content, resource materials, and ability to join weekly group nutrition coaching zoom calls.*

60 min session for up to 1-4 students at one of our partnership locations. Travel Fee & Supplies Included. *Additional fee for add on services, time and participates. Please reach out to for a personalized quote for your event/group. Discounts apply for large groups & nonprofits.
