Can I drop off my child for the Kids Superhero Training?

You are welcome to drop off the student and come back after the 45 minutes is up. As a guardian, you are always welcome to stay and either watch or accompany your child in class if you feel that’s better for your child’s comfort.

Parents bringing a student to class that also have a toddler or infant, are kindly asked to supervise the child at all times. Our youngest  kids' class is for ages 4-8.

At this time, we do not have a class for kids under 4 years of age, but we are brainstorming options and times. If you’re interested in a baby & me, family yoga or toddler time class/play, please email us at hello@cascademovementcenter.com and we’ll keep you in the loop!
